I had problems with Pyinstaller using a Specfile. Keep in mind to install anaconda to a directory path that does not contain spaces or Unicode characters. But I have Python 3.7 installed in my Windows 10 system already. It has efficient high-level data structures and a simple but effective approach to object-oriented programming.

As you can see from here: (base) C:\>python So the Base Environment from PyInstaller contains Python 3.7.4. Than installed some Python Libraries into it, which are requests, BeautifulSoup, PyInstaller.
